Hiring approximately 20 Call Center Patient Services Specialists
ADDRESS:120 Enterprise Dr. Pittsburgh, PA 15275
HOURS: 40 hrs per week, onsite, varying schedules between 8am-8pm
PLAN IS TO CONVERT GOOD CANDIDATES TO FTE AFTER 3-4 MONTHS
THIS ROLE IS ENTRY-LEVEL
OFFERS will be made based on resume review - please thoroughly screen candidates and ensure interest and willingness to onboard, BG check, and drug screen quickly
NEW HIRE TRAINING class is 11/16/26, so we need as many people clear and ready to start that day as possible - next training is not until January
HOLIDAYS - given that this is starting prior to holiday season, please make sure workers know that they will be given Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day off as unpaid holidays
DRUG SCREENS ARE REQUIRED, as this will be onsite at a Specialty Pharmacy location.
