Shift Differentials

Earn additional pay for eligible shifts (must work at least4 hours within the shift window):

What You’ll Do

• Performroutine and specialized moderate to high complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens

• Ensureaccurate and reliable test results through strict quality control practices

• Performinstrument function checks and preventative maintenance according to departmental procedures

• Maintain laboratoryrecords and statistical data in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Train and mentor new employees and students on lab procedures and policies

• Collectchain-of-custody urine drug screens as required

• Assist inall laboratory areas to support patient care

• Help provideshift coverage when needed

Additional Job Description

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree inMedical Technology or related field

Licensure/Certifications

• MT (ASCP) or equivalent required

• MLT (ASCP) must be obtained within 1 year of hire
