Whatwill youdo: 

Deploy Lean transformation strategies and tools (KPI’s, Problem Solving, Action Planning, 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Daily Management). 

How you will do it: 

• Deploys KPI’s (tier 1, tier 2, tier 3) in Daily Management at CCC, FFCC, BCC levels (bowler, boards) 

• Trainsteams in Problem Solving and Action Planning (PST’s)and coaches  

• Develops  Value Stream Mapping based on actual and future volumes (current state, future state) 

• Developsandcoaches team onkaizen charters based on kaizen funnel/calendar 

• Executes kaizen events and workshops  

• Follows sustainment for  kaizen events 

• Leads lean transformation (model lines) plans 

• Updates with program manager plantObeya 

• Promotes C.I. ideas, high performance teams, 5 Ss audits programs coordinated by JCMS/training team 

• Train new employees in CI tools 

• Loadsavingsprojects in C.I.track  

• Participates s and promotes best business practices  

What we look for: 

Required:  

• Bachelor’s degree inindustrial engineering or similar 

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) 

• > 3 years of experience in lean implementation 

• Strong Leadership skills at all levels (operator-top management) 

• Strong people skills  

• Intermediate High to Advanced level of English 

Preferred:  

• Lean implementor certification 

• Six Sigma training
