Our center is seeking a team-oriented CNA who is dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. .

Essential Job Duties

• CNAs Provide assistance with routine nursing care and activities of daily living for patients according to their care plan
• Documents patient care as provided
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed by the assigned nurse
• Respond to patient needs and requests, in addition to routine care
