Hiring a Director of QE to build anext-gen quality engineering function leveragingAI, agentic automation, and platform engineering to deliversecure, compliant, and resilient banking software and systems at scale.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. QE Strategy & Transformation

• Define enterprise QE vision aligned toengineering priorities
• Embed quality acrossSDLC, CI/CD, and production
• Shift toengineering-owned quality model

2. AI & Agentic QE Adoption

• Deployintelligent test generation, self-healing automation, defect analytics
• Introducepredictive release risk & autonomous quality workflows
• Establish governance for responsible AI adoption

3. Automation & QE Platforms

• Standardize frameworks acrossAPI, microservices, integration, UI, data layers
• Build reusableQE accelerators and platforms
• Enablecontinuous testing in CI/CD pipelines

4. Non-Functional & Production Quality

• Leadperformance, resilience, and data integrity validation
• Implementcontract testing, service virtualization, observability-driven quality

5. Metrics, Governance & Compliance

• Define KPIs:defect leakage, release confidence, cycle time, automation ROI
• Ensureauditability and regulatory alignment (Banking Software / SaaS context)
  
  Required Experience:
• 14+ years in QE / Engineering Excellence withleadership experience
• Strong background inbanking / financial services platforms
• Proven track record ofQA → QE transformation (automation-first model)
• Deep expertise in:Microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecturesCI/CD, DevSecOps, distributed systemsAutomation frameworks & non-functional testing
• Exposure toAI-enabled QE (LLM-based testing, predictive analytics, intelligent automation)
