Position Summary
Guilford College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men's & Womenās Tennis Coach. This is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the tennis programs in accordance with NCAA Division III, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and Guilford College guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coaches with organizing and conducting practice sessions.
ĀSupport student-athlete skill development on and off the court.
ĀAssist in recruiting responsibilities.
ĀUphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College.
ĀAdhere to all college, conference, and NCAA policies.
Ā
Qualifications:
Bachelorās degree preferred.
ĀCollegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred.
ĀKnowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
ĀStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
ĀValid driverās license and ability to travel with the team.
ĀCPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
