C#/Angular Full Stack Developer

Role: C#/Angular Full Stack Developer
Position Type:Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Multi-year contract
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location:Hybrid – New York City, NY, USA (3 days onsite per week)

Job Description

Must Have Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on .NET Framework or .NET Core experience, specifically C# and ASP.NET
• Strong Angular front-end development experience
• Strong experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and strong SQL skills
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software development best practices
• Unit testing experience
• Experience with Agile development processes, including mocking, refactoring, process communication, and Git
• Financial services/banking experience
• Must be willing and able to learn and support MuleSoft as part of the engagement

Highly Preferred

• MuleSoft experience would be a MAJOR plus
• Experience with SWIFT, payments, or treasury systems
• Azure DevOps experience
• Candidates showing longevity on previous contracts are strongly preferred

Responsibilities Include

• Contributing to solution design
• Implementing new features
• Managing production releases
• Providing developer support for bug fixes
• Supporting ad hoc reporting
• Collaborating with the client development team in New York City
• Working across C#/.NET and Angular applications
• Learning and supporting the MuleSoft platform
• Working with additional technologies when needed, including Java-based services and MEAN stack applications/services
• Working with Business Analysts to understand business requirements
• Adapting to changing requirements within financial software projects

Technology Split: Approximately 70% Full Stack Development / 30% MuleSoft.
