Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (rotating Saturdays) | Overtime Available

💰 Compensation & Earning Potential

• $20.00 – $52.00 per hour
• Hourly pay + flat-rate productivity incentives

🔧 About the Role

Pete’s RV Center is seekingRV Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including travel trailers and motorhomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoyshands-on problem solving, working across multiple systems, and being rewarded for productivity and skill.

You’ll work on a wide range of systems:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Mechanical / chassis
• Generators and appliances
• Interior and coach body repairs

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems and components.
• Perform general repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work
• Prioritize work orders and handle urgent service requests.
• Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and work performed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all shop procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strongcustomer satisfaction (CSI)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum1 year of technician experience (RV, automotive, marine, or related field preferred)
• OR basic mechanical experience with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (for higher-level roles)
• Ability to read and understandwiring schematics (preferred)
• Experience inplumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must provide ownbasic hand/shop tools
• Comfortable usingtablet-based technology for work orders and documentation
• Validdriver’s license preferred

💡 Certifications (RVIA/RVDA, ASE, etc.) are a plus—but not required.
We provideon-the-job training and support for certification advancement.

💪 Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift25 lbs. regularly and up to50 lbs. with assistance.
• Comfortable withstanding, bending, stooping, and crawling for extended periods.
• Ability to work invaried environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, dust, noise, etc.)
• Willingness to work aroundheights and equipment-related hazards (electrical, welding, etc.)
