TheOpportunity

WearelookingforaSeniorProjectManager-BuildingManagementSystems(BMS)tojoinourMelbourneteamandleadthedeliveryofcomplexautomationandintegratedbuildingsolutionsacrossmajorcommercialandmission-criticalprojects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experiencedBMSProjectManager,ProjectEngineer,ControlsEngineer,orBuildingAutomationspecialistlookingtotakeownershipofhigh-profileprojectswhileworkingwithmarket-leadingtechnologyandagloballyrecognisedbrand.

Youwillberesponsiblefortheend-to-enddeliveryofBMSandIntegratedBuildingManagementSystem(IBMS)projects,fromdesignandengineeringthroughtocommissioning,clienthandover,andprojectclose-out.

Workingcloselywithcustomers,consultants,contractors,andinternalstakeholders,you'llplayapivotalroleinensuringprojectsaredeliveredsafely,onschedule,withinbudget,andtothehighestqualitystandards.

• Managedesign,procurement,installation,testing,commissioning,andprojectdocumentationactivities

• Driveprojectperformanceacrossscope,schedule,budget,quality,andsafetyoutcomes

• Buildtrustedrelationshipswithclients,consultants,contractors,andkeystakeholders

• Leadprojectteamsandsubcontractorstoachievesuccessfuldeliverymilestones

• Overseesystemintegration,FATs,SATs,commissioningactivities,andbuildingoptimisation

• Ensurecompliancewithcustomerspecifications,regulatoryrequirements,andqualitystandards

• Manageprojectfinancialsincludingforecasting,costcontrol,reporting,andcommercialoutcomes

• Prepareandmaintainprojectqualityandcompliancedocumentation

• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprojectexecution,standardisation,andoperationalefficiency

• Strongunderstandingofbuildingcontrols,automationarchitecture,andsystemdesign

• KnowledgeofHVACsystemsincludingchillers,boilers,airhandlingsystems,andplantoptimisation
