Pay Range: $35 - $38/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality.
  • Execute and manage pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem resolution for supply issues with key stakeholders (i.e., engineering, manufacturing, Program Managers, Supplier Account Management).
  • Drive purchasing activities to execute purchases at the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need.
  • Lead inventory and E&Z reduction efforts.
  • Manage and lead assigned Purchasing Projects (i.e., manage cost, schedule, and scope as required).
  • Manage complex and sensitive information with supplier leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to purchasing process improvement within the team and act as a trainer for department purchasing activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management or purchasing.
  • Strong knowledge ofpurchase orders,MRP, and supply chain best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects and build consensus as needed.
