  • All this is the third time this role has been open in 3 years. The first person they hired was the wrong fit to begin with. This one, was going great and the candidate walked off and never came back. I have a feeling the dynamic here is the challenge with two plant managers who but heads - This person will NOT be reporting to them but will be working with them. So, we need someone with some thick skin, someone who is highly communicative and is proactive! Someone who will communicate to the plant ASAP that a product is back ordered or there is a delay in getting it to them..... and they may need to look at alternatives or other suppliers.
  • At first glance of this job description - which I think they need to update - it looks like this person would be doing some of the production planning - that is NOT the case, they will be working very closely with teams to have the product in for planning purposes.
  • They are open to relocation, location is a challenge here, also will look up to 90k for a rockstar candidate - Also they have interviewed hundreds of candidates so be sure to fully clear them - We may be able to get a list of names - not sure yet..... I'll pass them along if we get them.
  • This role really is kind of working on your own island, they are open to hybrid but MUST be able to go on site a couple times a week or during inventory etc.......
