THE JOB:
As aBusperson forThe Library atPark MGM, you will maintain our intimate, book-lined dining room, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations according to our highest cleanliness and stock standards. Working hand-in-hand with our team in this warm, sophisticated retreat, you will ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests, owning the behind-the-scenes details to keep service flowing flawlessly in alignment with Park MGM's refined, non-smoking hospitality standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.9611 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1+ Years of Prior relevant experience as a Busperson in a Fine Dining or similar Upscale restaurant environment preferred
