- Person should be able to lead business process transformation for the LTC -Long Term Care Welleness Platform lifecycle by defining workflows, requirements, and API interactions aligned to insurance domain operations and enterprise architecture.

- A. LTC -Long Term Care Welleness Platform Knowledge.
- B. End-to-End Lifecycle Knowledge of the involved processes (Quote Process, Sold Case Lifecycle, Onboarding & Plan Setup, Claims Processing).
2. Business Process Transformation Skills:
- A. Process Re-engineering: Analyze the current (TPA-driven) process and design future process.
- B. Process Modelling:
- Process maps (L1/L2/L3).
- Swimlane diagrams.
- Exception flows.
- C. Identify Automation Opportunities.
- D. Exception & Edge Case Handling.
3. Functional Requirements & API Thinking:
- A. API-Centric Thinking (Translate Business action to API requirement).
