Executive Data & Business Transformation Advisor – Federal Government

Required Skills

• 15+ years of executive-level advisory experience leading large-scale data and business transformation programs.
• Executive oversight of:
  • Data migration strategy
  • Enterprise/data architecture direction
  • Delivery governance and risk management
  • Fixed-price engagements
• Proven senior-level federal client relationship management, including executive stakeholder engagement and escalation ownership.
• Deep understanding of cloud data platform economics, including cost, scalability, governance and operating-model considerations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Client Fabric target architectures.
• Experience developing Legacy Oracle-to-Cloud modernization strategies, including migration roadmaps, architecture decisions and transformation planning.
• Demonstrated experience delivering programs for the Government of Canada / federal government.
• Familiarity with federal security and delivery requirements, including:
  • Protected B
  • ITSG-33
  • Authority to Operate (ATO) processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Domain knowledge of CMT, Dayforce or Phoenix (Salesforce).
• Prior leadership of Government of Canada HR-to-Pay or case management transformation programs.
• Bilingual English/French.
