Business Team Manager Area (Production)

• Monitor and manage the safety conditions within the area in order to promote safe working conditions in production processes, focused on fostering a zero-accident culture and environmental protection.

• Manage the organization's processes and resources under their responsibility or influence to ensure that Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Systems comply with corporate requirements, legal regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and stakeholder expectations. This includes promoting leadership, a process-oriented approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement to achieve the intended objectives.

• Verify and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system at every stage of the production process to guarantee products meet customer quality requirements.

• Ensure the timely implementation and completion of actions resulting from internal and external quality audits.

• Analyze the performance of various elements within the production process to identify improvement opportunities and achieve waste reduction.

• Monitor compliance with action plans aimed at reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.

• Develop budgets for projects within the assigned area and ensure compliance with legal, quality, and productivity requirements, providing appropriate follow-up to guarantee their timely completion.

• Responsible for the timely and accurate approval of invoices to ensure supplier payments are processed in accordance with current company policies, using the established invoice release system.

• Ingeniería Indispensable (Deseable Ing. Industrial, Mecánico, Electronico).
• 7 años de experiencia en puesto similar y/o minimo 5 años de experiencia como jefe de área de producción
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en procesos de Manufactura.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en administracion de personal empleado y sindicalizado.
• Experiencia en manufactura de llantas.
• Nivel de ingles avanzado
