Business Systems Analyst - Washington, DC

Duration: 10 months (Onsite)

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of specialized AI development experience for Technical Requirements documentation.

Expected Deliverables:

• Coordinate day-to-day Project Management and Coordination activities across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, deliverable registers, calendars, and task lists; monitor due dates and flag delays, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Organize project meetings and working sessions; prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and track items to closure.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions, and dependency logs; follow up on open items and escalate concerns to the appropriate project leader.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders, helping clarify ownership and coordinate handoffs.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, and meeting records.
• Support tracking business needs, requirements, review cycles, change requests, and approvals.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend improvements to PMO workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Provide additional project coordination, administrative, and operational support as priorities evolve.

Education:

• A degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred.
