In simple words: This role is about improving the complete procurement-to-payment process using business analysis, finance systems, data analysis, and automation.

The candidate should understand how a company selects vendors, purchases goods or services, processes invoices, and makes payments. They must coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT teams to improve processes and implement system changes.

3. Key Skills to Look For

• Experience: 7 to 10 years in S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations.

• Core Domain: Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

• Business Analysis: Requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

• Testing: UAT, QA, implementation, and deployment support.

• Tools: SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, or Zip; Excel and Power BI are useful.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Do not shortlist candidates solely because they have Accounts Payable experience. Check whether they have supported process improvement, business requirements, systems implementation, or UAT.
