PRIMARY: AI for SDLC, Experienced BSA but no Ai required
Lead discovery and systems analysis for complex enterprise change, translating business outcomes, process needs, data requirements, controls and non-functional expectations into traceable requirements and implementation-ready stories. Requires 10+ years of BSA experience; prior AI experience is not required, but the role must work effectively with AI-enabled delivery teams and understand the capabilities and constraints of Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, FlowAI and LLM-based solutions. Core skills include Jira and Confluence, process and data mapping, API/interface analysis, SQL literacy, acceptance criteria, test support, privacy and risk documentation, access/IAM dependencies, Power BI reporting and coordination across product, architecture, development, QE, cyber and operations.
