Business Systems Analyst - Contractor

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project team members.
• Develop and write positive and negative scenarios and test scripts.
• Identify and stage data needed to support the execution of scenarios and test scripts.
• Communicate with testers (includes testing kickoff meetings, providing testing instructions, and following up on incomplete testing and/or any issues reported).
• Facilitate discussions with SMEs, project team, and testers to drive issue resolution.

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Jira • Jira X-Ray • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Outlook • Understanding of Agile delivery project methodology which includes how to read epics and user stories to identify requirements.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Confluence • ServiceNow • Clarizen • PortfolioWorks.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree.
