Introduction

Join our dynamic team to lead end-to-end analysis and delivery of currency remediation initiatives across enterprise systems. We are looking for a motivated professional to partner with business, technology, and operations to ensure compliance, data integrity, and seamless client document workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on digital applications.
• Proficiency in Application Programming Interface (API) and RDBMS Concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and UAT leadership skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum).
• Knowledge of currency domain ISO 4217 codes and FX rate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Python for data validation and automation.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering for currency remediation and implement changes.
• Map current vs. target processes and data models across systems.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers on solution design and integrations.
• Define and execute test strategies for currency scenarios.
• Support change management, training, and rollout plans.
