Remote/Onsite: Remote until Converted to FTE

Length of Assignment: 5 Months Contract to Hire Role

Pay Rate: $55 to 60/hr. on W2 ONLY

Function of the Group:Establish new release management process within Service Now.
Industry background: Business Analyst Experience within Service Now (Minimum Criteria). DevOps and Digital Product Release (Preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:Helping with technical specifications and agile story writing. Backlogs, control analysis transferring to Agile stories and write acceptance criteria. Personas within the system, understanding security models.

Must Have Technical Skills (5-7Years of experience):
1.ServiceNow,
2. Previous Business Analyst Skills.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1.DevOps,
2. Digital Product Release,
3. AI story generation agents.

Education/Certifications: no education requirements. ServiceNow certifications are helpful.

Interview Process: First Round: Virtual Panel interview Second round: Virtual Panel interview.
