Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and data requirements.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business processes and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation including As-Is and To-Be process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with project managers and technical leads to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Liaise between business teams and IT to ensure alignment and shared understanding of solutions.
- Validate that final deliverables meet business requirements and maintain high quality standards.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment support, as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business System Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and understanding of cloud data platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL Server (legacy systems) and PySpark/Spark (strategic platform).
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills across business and technology teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
