Job Summary

We are seeking a skilledBusiness Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in sales systems to support business operations and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, improve processes, and implement effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Work closely with sales teams to understand system needs and workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams for system implementation and enhancements
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and system performance
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as aBusiness Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience withsales systems (CRM tools like Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Good understanding of system integration and workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with API integrations and system architecture

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
