Pay Range: $50 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to deliver optimized software solutions and components.
Research, develop, and author solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
UtilizeSQL and programming skills to analyze complex relational database schemas.
Work withREST,SOAP,JSON, and APIs to enhance system functionality.
ApplyAgile methodologies and utilizeJira for project management.
Produce artifacts such as business flow diagrams and context diagrams.
BuildOpenAPI contracts and conduct production incident analysis.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within production and non-production environments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Experience with release coordination and building dashboards/alerts.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence without direct authority.
Flexibility to adjust work schedules to accommodate teams across different time zones.
5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions.
Strong understanding of complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools.
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and scrum tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes usingExcel Macros,Java, andAngular.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
