3️⃣ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) (2 Positions)

Experience: 5–7 Years

About the Role:
As aSystems Analyst, you will engage withProduct Controllers and Finance Controllers on large-scale initiatives within Capital Markets. You'll leadrequirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and support project delivery usingAgile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement sessions & manage BA activities for large initiatives.
  • Understand and analyze variousCapital Market products (MBS, Bonds, Rate Derivatives, etc.).
  • Map and trace source data to WSB applications, performing impact analysis.
  • Lead documentation ofBusiness & Functional Requirements.
  • Performdata analysis, createdata flow & system context diagrams.
  • Support testing cycles (Functional, SIT, UAT).
  • Provide leadership within Agile/Scrum environment.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technology or Business.
  • 5–7 years ofBusiness Systems Analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge ofSQL, Excel, and Capital Markets (especially derivatives).
  • Proven experience inData Analysis within Financial Services.
  • Excellentcommunication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working inBanking IT with Product/Finance Controllers.
  • Familiarity withcoding (Java, .NET).
  • Strong problem-solving & collaboration mindset.
