Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong Credit Card domain experience to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver solutions across credit card products and platforms.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Credit Card domain knowledge (Acquisition, Core Card Systems, Rewards, Payments, Disputes, Fraud, Risk, Statements, or Digital Channels).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with business, operations, and technology teams to define solutions.
• Support Agile delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Ensure requirements align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams throughout the SDLC.
