Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to serve as a bridge between business operations and technical teams. This role will support the planning, design, maintenance, and implementation of efficient business, financial, and operational systems that support core organizational functions and business processes.

The BSA will analyze business processes, facilitate and support change, help leverage enterprise system capabilities, plan system upgrades, develop test scripts, identify programming and integration needs, and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application processes and interfaces.
• Support system modifications and integration processes.
• Apply specialized ERP tools and knowledge.
• Troubleshoot systems and support performance optimization.
• Coordinate releases and patches.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users on requirements and testing.
• Support security and compliance within ERP environments.
• Provide consulting services to business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of technical skills specific to business systems.
• Experience modifying and configuring business systems.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts.
• Ability to analyze data patterns and trends to support decision-making.
