Tech Business System Analyst

Join / run Meeting

• Spearhead Weekly meetings with Internal resources (knowledge share) to capture clear translation of complex technical concepts into usable content
• Spearhead Daily/weekly meetings with Team
• Attend Weekly Status calls with management

Work

• Track progress, create task via Jira/ Kanban to manage project status
• Research varies sources for worksheet content (Confluence, EDM-DMS, Hogan (DTC)) drive, Entitlements)
• Attend and gather information from SME Knowledge Share meeting
• Develop and maintain documentation of functional components within Excel
• Confer with Teammates to determine best practices
• Updating Weekly Status report
• Conduct first and second level POD reviews
• Managing POD Folders in Teams for consistent organization and reviews
• Distribute work to the POD Team
• Follow-up with Internal resources (SMEs and Project Liaison) pertaining to upcoming meetings and meeting take-aways

Must Haves (and how they are used):

o Strong Jira experience. Will be responsible for the Jira doc for themselves and the 3 other tech writers

o Ability to coach others; multiple folks ( 3) and communicate well with others. Be a bridge builder and problem solver. Will be the head of tech team. 3 tech writers will come to this individual for all questions / issues or support needed

o Ability to communicate tech speak to each SME and be able to break it done in layman terms for 3 other tech writers

o Strong organizational skills- for all the above work, need to keep it streamlined, and ensure others are also on par with tasks

o Use of confluence and Share point to extract data to Jira
