Document functional requirementsfor the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities
Support the Business System Owner inthe development of the overall clinical system roadmap
Support system gap analysesfor the enablement of new capabilities.
Partner with the Product Manager(s) forthe clinical systems toensure functional requirements are translated to system requirementsand planned for releases
Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Support business-side User Acceptance Testing of new system features and capabiliites.This could include the creation of UAT scripts, coordination with functional UAT testers within the business, conducting UAT testing, documenting outcomes, and communicating to the product team.
- ·Experience with communication and presentation to cross-functional audiences
