Pay Range: $60 to $62/hour on W2

This role is designed for a skilled professional who will contribute to both project-based initiatives and daily operational needs related to workforce data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen for building and troubleshooting data solutions, alongside the analytical capability to interpret trends and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and other business functions, along with effective stakeholder engagement, will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Workday Data Cloud by collaborating with various teams.
• Define essential workforce datasets, source systems, and analytical use cases.
• Assess and integrate internal and vendor systems for data connectivity.
• Contribute to data modeling, transformation logic, and governance processes.
• Address daily workforce data and reporting requests from stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in HR and workforce data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.

Experience in human resources and workforce analytics is required, with a deep understanding of how workforce information is generated, managed, integrated, and utilized across an enterprise.
