Role Overview
We are looking for an Procurement & Asset Systems Analyst with around 8+ years of hands-on experience with Site Tracker or a similar application to manage project, site, or asset management.
You will work with business and technical teams to support application configuration, data setup, testing, user support, and basic integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end implementation and configuration of Site Tracker.
Work with project, site, and asset management workflows.
Assist with data setup, validation, and basic migration activities.
Support integrations with Google Sheets, Jira, and SAP Ariba.
Assist with integration testing and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Conduct Stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into application configurations.
Support UAT, documentation, user training, post-go-live activities and stabilization support
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
Ability to independently lead the system implementation
Required Skills & Experience
Around 8+ years of hands-on experience with Site Tracker or a similar application.
Clear understanding of project, site, or asset management processes.
Experience with application configuration, data management, or functional support.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Jira integration
Basic exposure to SAP Ariba or enterprise application integrations.
Good understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, or system integrations
Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with site, asset, construction, facilities, or field-service applications.
Exposure to Jira, Google Workspace, SAP Ariba
Experience with UAT, data migration, or user training.
Engagement Details
Contract Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid Onsite, 3–4 days/week)
Focus: Application implementation, configuration, testing, and support
Integrations: Google Sheets, Jira & more
Work Style: Collaborative role working with business and technical teams
