Business System Analyst

Location:  Lewiston 
Days/Hours: Primarily day hours but may work nights and/or weekends to support all facility shifts
Position Status: Full-Time

The Team: 
The position is working with Information Systems department. Our team supports network and telecommunications services for all business segments of the organization for both the Lewiston and Winona facilities. 

The Role: 
This is a first shift position in the Information Systems Department working with Information Systems co-workers and RIS end users.  It offers a variety of business system support and professional growth opportunities.   This position reports to the Information Systems Manager.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

• Working with and creating Business System Application implementation, development, and support
• Working with Business System data analysis
• Creating and editing SSRS reports for end users
• Working with technical support organizations from outside the company to enhance and troubleshoot business system software
• Working with computer users at all levels of the company to help solve business issues through utilization of our business system software
• Working with system users to further develop use of our business system application(s) including Enterprise Resource Planning, Financial, and Electronic Commerce applications
• Providing end user training
• Leading and/or participating in departmental project implementation
• Creating and designing Microsoft Access databases
• Other duties as required

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Business analyst experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflow
• ERP experience required; Epicor experience a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Access
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work some flexible hours for occasional project work
