Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of creator growth strategies and optimize overall financial performance by devising data-driven business recommendations.

Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to assess financial, and operations data, forecast trends, and evaluate risks to assist leadership with resolving business challenges.

Apply research and competitive benchmarking to understand user pain points and support creator incubation programs, including providing high-touch support, project plans, resource creation, and operational logistics.

Track and analyze business performance metrics, program ROI, and creator ecosystem health.

Document and present collected data insights to leadership and cross-functional partners to aid in their strategic decision-making.

Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Mathematics, Management, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Mathematics, Management, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate work plans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes;

Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel;

Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy;

Building data models to project business performance and set business performance goals; and

Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 10%.
