Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to order-to-cash and related business functions.
• Translate business needs into requirements and solution recommendations for SAP implementation teams and system integrators.
• Collaborate with SAP functional specialists, including Finance (FICO) and other module teams, to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
• Assess business process impacts and identify required changes to support SAP-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
• Support project planning, issue resolution, testing activities, and change management efforts.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, process flows, and status updates.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Qualifications
• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise system implementation or transformation environments.
• Understanding of SAP-supported business processes and enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working within project delivery, PMO, or ITPM-style environments.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing role
