Job Title : Business Process Specialist
Location : Remote Must be in CA, OR, WA, CO, GA, DC, MD, VA
Long Term Contract
- 8+ years of related process improvement experience building strategy and execution
- Process improvement and process management methodologies
- Hands on experience planning and designing future-state processes
- Gathering and translating business requirements into clear process designs
- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Domain experience in Underwriting (highly preferred), insurance or healthcare
- SixSigma or process certifications
- Tools: Lucid, Visio, Power BI, PowerApps (nice to have)
