What to Expect

The Business Process Associate, FleetOperationsis part of the Registrations Operations organizationand will work with cross-functional stakeholders, financial institutions, fleetmanagement companies, and state regulators. The Regional Fleet Associate willcomplete vehicle registration transactions for Tesla owned vehicles and willcoordinate with Registration Operation leaders on any registration escalationconcerns as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage exception cases and/orregistration escalations
• Coordinateswith Sales, Service and Delivery teams to ensure that all required documentspertaining to the transaction are complete and accurate
• Manageinternal stakeholders such as business teams, financial institutions, fleetmanagement companies and 3rd party vendors
• Overseelarge internal fleet of vehicles ensuring accurate and on-time submission ofDMV documentation across assigned markets including plate and audit management
• Ensurestitle perfection and provide proof of liens to bank and other related parties
• Manage andsolution a wide range of title and registration escalations and provide onprocesses including cross border scenarios
• Recordsinformation and ensures data quality in multiple record keeping systemsincluding but not limited to DRO, SCA, AMP, FMT and other internal or state/3rd partyregistration tools as necessary

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentexperience
• DMVexperience is required
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectivelywith all levels of management
• Ability toproblem solve and navigates through ambiguous situations
• Ability towork independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution
• Superiorattention to detail under tight deadlines
• Comfortworking in a fast paced environment

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
