As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective across various operational areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in conducting business and user requirement analysis.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable process designs.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards related to system validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
