About the RoleĀ
A role within the Tax-Legal department, at the junction of three functions: finance/accounting, legal, and external auditors/consultants.Ā
The main task is to "stitch" the operation into a single provable picture: contractual logic ā actual operation ā documents ā accounting/reporting ā tax conclusions, and ensure correct answers/package of confirmations for auditors and consultants.Ā
What You Will DoĀ
ā¢ Build simple control loops: control of data completeness, calculation logic, changes by periods, and supporting documents.Ā
ā¢ Prepare analytical materials for the tax-legal team: confirmation tables, explanations for calculations, summary of risks and findings.
ā¢ Verify data consistency between periods, reports, and sources.Ā
ā¢ Identify recurring errors and systemic causes of discrepancies.Ā
ā¢ Describe current data verification processes (as-is).Ā
ā¢ Develop and maintain: report templates, checklists.Ā
ā¢ Check data correctness in reports (internal and external).Ā
ā¢ Support working documentation and knowledge base (internal documents).Ā
ā¢ Track tasks, findings, and statuses in Jira.Ā
RequirementsĀ
ā¢ Understanding of the link between data, primary documents, and accounting.Ā
ā¢ Experience with a process approach: ability to describe a process, see bottlenecks, and propose clear improvements.Ā
ā¢ 2-5 years of experience in finance analytics / controlling / reporting / audit support.Ā
ā¢ Excellent Excel / Google Sheets.Ā
ā¢ Strong attentiveness, systematicity, careful documentation.Ā
ā¢ Ability to work with multiple task streams simultaneously.Ā
ā¢ Good written communication.Ā
ā¢ Experience with Jira.Ā
Nice to HaveĀ
ā¢ Experience in high-volume business (gaming, fintech, e-commerce).Ā
ā¢ English B1+/B2.Ā
ā¢ SQL (data extraction/verification).Ā
ā¢ Power Query / Power BI.Ā
ā¢ Confluence.Ā
