Pay Range:$46/hr - $46.31/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and reporting using Zoho Analytics and Excel.
• Identify month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter trends and provide recommendations.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve reporting and analysis.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate data insights and performance trends.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting and coordinate data/slide deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to provide actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills;  VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience withAI tools/GenAI for analysis or automation.
• StrongPowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
• Background inData Analysis, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Operations Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years may substitute for a degree.
