Pay Range: $120 - $130/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a senior Data Scientist / Data Engineer to support a marketing team on a temporary assignment. 
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL, data engineering, data pipeline, and data science experience who can independently build data-driven and AI solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and manage data pipelines using strong SQL and data engineering skills.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define measurement, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Develop data science solutions ranging from reporting/dashboarding to AI and agentic AI solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytical solutions.
  • Work independently with minimal day-to-day direction and drive projects from requirements through delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL and data pipeline experience.
  • Experience building data science / analytical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, AI agents, or Agentic AI.
  • Python experience.
  • Marketing, campaign, customer, or growth analytics experience.
  • Interview Process-2 interview rounds.
  • Live SQL/coding assessment will be conducted during the interview.
