By making work visible, measurable, and governed, it empowers leaders to implement automation and AI with confidence, ensuring solutions are sustainable, repeatable, and aligned across the organization rather than fragmented into isolated point solutions.What You will Do:
Ā
- Create and develop dashboards, reports, visualizations in support of firm initiatives andĀ
- programs. Document business requirements and create data requirements.
- Analysis that facilitates the transformation of raw and/or summarized data into information andĀ
- insights. Includes intermediate data modeling, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Document, monitor, and proactively recommend improvement to processes and controls relatedĀ
- to area responsibilities; quantify business and financial impact for leaders.
- Develop and manage business relationships and partnerships with targeted business owners andĀ
- financial associates.
- Inform and educate other business areas as to the impact of decision; deliver original insights onĀ
- opportunities for enhancing Firm performance.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to divisional reporting and key measures
- Assist with the implementation of projects requiring cross-functional teams to achieve theĀ
- division and firm's overall business objectives. Independently organize, plan & prioritizeĀ
- individual effort needed to ensure overall success.
- Educate Team members & business owners across the firm on analytical concepts and bestĀ
- practices
- Takes constructive action with direction from others while leader reviews non-routine outputs
- Serve and a technical and functional business intelligence subject matter expert
- Document, monitor, and improve processes and controls
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics), Data Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects while adapting to changing priorities. Effectively communicate workload challenges to leadership and seek assistance when needed.
- Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to investigate and explain variances, identify trends, and complete structured impact analyses.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence associates and leadership up to the department level.
- Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required, including experience with pivot tables, VBA, advanced charting, complex formulas, and conditional formatting.

Salary Information
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.Ā Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing.
