Key Responsibilities:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy

• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with RBI PPI guidelines, GST, and statutory audits

• Strengthen internal controls and risk governance

• Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and cost optimization

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years in Business Finance / Controllership / Treasury

• Strong exposure to RBI regulations and audit management

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA preferred

• Experience in FinTech / Payments / Telecom / NBFC preferred
