Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC.

This is a specialized Regulatory Records Management and Information Lifecycle Management assignment within a banking and financial services environment. The consultant will help drive initiatives that ensure compliance with records retention and regulatory recordkeeping requirements while partnering across business, technology, data, and governance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
• Drive regulatory records and recordkeeping initiatives
• Support compliance with records retention and regulatory recordkeeping obligations
• Perform records identification and classification activities
• Manage data remediation workstreams and coordinate movement of data and records into retention repositories
• Support technology migration initiatives through records governance and classification activities
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to implement change
• Manage projects and workstreams with multiple stakeholders
• Work directly with business partners to facilitate discussions and drive outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Experience in a mix of regulatory record/recordkeeping, trade lifecycle, technology, and data and records
• Proven ability to lead records governance programs, perform records classification exercises, and apply retention schedules
• Understanding of financial markets workflows, trade generation, and lifecycle events
• Comfortable working with structured data applications, technology-enabled recordkeeping environments, and data repositories
• Strong project management discipline, attention to detail, and ability to effect and implement change
• Background in Banking, Capital Markets, Broker Dealer, or Financial Services Compliance
• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte

Desired skills:

• Series 99 desirable

Pay range:$51.09 - $59.09 per hour
