Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $60-$65/hr on W2

Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced consultant with a strong background in Product Ownership, banking operations, and planning tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in a banking or financial services environment, managing product backlogs, coordinating project deliverables, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Execution Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Banking or financial services industry experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, requirements, and project deliverables.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a large financial institution.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as a Product Owner, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to execute business initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
