Business Execution Administrator - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Administrator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will support Business Execution by performing complex administrative tasks, providing feedback on processes and tools, and handling escalated questions. The ideal candidate will interact with a wide range of client personnel to improve and implement business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support Business Execution
• Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impact
• Perform complex administrative support tasks
• Provide support on escalated questions
• Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information

Requirements:

• 4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLookups & Pivot Tables
• Mortgage Servicing experience
• Working knowledge of MSP

Desired skills:

• Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending
• Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability
• Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives
• Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills
• Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors
• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills
• Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives
• Proficiency in Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and Skype
• Attention to details, adaptability, sound judgment, and capacity to manage priorities

Pay range: $19.53 - $27.53 per hour
