About the Role
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. It’s not about pushing a product — it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment. If you’re resilient, resourceful, and energized by the messy reality of doing big things — this is where you’ll grow.
You'll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Operations to increase the line of business's revenue through acquiring customers from all industries
If you thrive when given autonomy, bring high energy to daily hustle, and view every "no" as data to refine your strategy, you’ll excel here. If you prefer a standardized playbook or a slow sales cycle, this role will likely feel challenging.
What You’ll Do
Drive pipeline creation: Build, manage, and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) targeting key decision-makers across enterprise organizations in Mexico.
Prospect with strategy & agility: Build custom territory plans mapped by industry, company size, and geography to identify high-value target accounts.
Conduct sharp discovery: Lead insightful discovery calls to qualify prospects, unearth organizational pain points, and map Uber for Business solutions to corporate travel and delivery needs.
Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Managers to refine prioritization models, share market intelligence, and ensure seamless handoffs for qualified meetings.
Adapt through iteration: Continuously test and refine message templates, call scripts, and prospecting strategies based on real-time market feedback and competitive dynamics.
Maintain operational discipline: Own customer data hygiene within Salesforce (SFDC), tracking outreach, qualifying notes, and pipeline metrics with accuracy and speed.
Unblock cross-selling opportunities: Support the post-close implementation handoff and identify expanding cross-sell angles within newly acquired accounts alongside Account Executives.
