What You'll Do

• Make 100+ calls/day

• Drive pipeline with CRM discipline

• Test, refine, and rewrite your pitch daily

• Learn how to sell with precision in a complex B2B environment

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding GTM team

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communicator, listener, and closer

• Able to commute to Uptown, Dallas (100% onsite, 6 days/week)

• Ability to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

• $130k+ OTE

• $60-80k base (determined by experience + performance)

• AE promotion track in 2-6 months
