Business Development & Operations Manager, Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SGS business growth and development across Croatia and Slovenia.
• InSlovenia, oversee P&L performance, operational effectiveness, and achievement of financial objectives.
• InCroatia, drive commercial growth, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial activities to increase revenue and market share.
• Represent SGS and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and values

Candidate profile:

• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a similar commercial leadership role.
• Experience in a B2B service environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Croatian and/or Slovenian is considered an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity
