Job Scope

• Develop strategic business plans for the oil segment, including setting marketing KPIs and objectives.

• Analyse costs and market conditions to review and adjust product pricing structures.

• Expand market share by exploring and penetrating various customer channels within the oil segment.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Manage shipping processes, export documentation, and related administrative procedures.

• Conduct market surveys, assess new product concepts, and identify potential products to meet market demands.

• Provide recommendations to address market challenges and support business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Fluent in English andMandarin, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.

• Solid marketing knowledge with strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.

• Willing to travel interstate when required.
