Job Description:
- Execute partnership strategy to address product problems/opportunities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate long-term and/or test & learn partnerships with strategic partners & guide their implementation.
- Support alignment of partnership solutions across multiple teams, accounting for downstream dependencies and future implications for the product roadmap.
- Analyze markets, targets, trends and synthesize recommendations into actionable plans & strategy.
- Track and report on measurable KPIs for deals in partnership with product, partnerships and finance.
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups to drive decisions related to product partnerships, escalating where senior input is needed.
- Drive key partnership initiatives.
- Contribute to strategy and provide analysis and recommendations.
- 6 years of experience in tech, business development or a related field.
- Subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment, and product integrations.
- Knowledge of social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology.
- Experience solving complex problems under tight timelines.
- Skill in communication & consensus-building.
- Experience building & presenting pitch & briefing materials.
- BS or BA
- Experience working in matrixed organizations in a multi-disciplinary capacity.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the experience learning quickly about new technologies.
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- MBA or JD preferred.
